ABOUT COMMITTEE

    A non-governmental, non-profit human rights organisation engaged in monitoring human rights principles and civil freedoms observance by the judiciary, security organs, police, in the judiciary and penitentiary systems reformation process, protection of private property, rights of minorities, provision of equal opportunities and non-discrimination.

    The ultimate goal of its activities is promotion of public control over Kazakhstan's fulfilment of its international commitments, advance of democratic reforms and creation of an open law-abiding democratic society.
